Job Purpose:
You will provide vital support to our clients by creating modern, ATS-compliant, and KPI-driven career documents, including CVs, Resumes, Cover Letters, Job Application Letters, Motivational Letters, Email Notes, References Lists, Portfolios, Recommendation Letters, and Testimonials. Additionally, you will offer expert LinkedIn Optimization services, enhancing our clients’ professional online presence to align with their career goals and market demands.
Duties:
- Draft personalized and strategic career documents adhering to local and international standards.
- Conduct client consultations to extract vital information and career goals.
- Ensure all written materials are modern, relevant for 2025, and designed with a professional, simple graphic appeal.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility and networking potential.
- Stay updated with global career trends to ensure all documents meet current market demands.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting all deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience in creating various career-related documents.
- Familiarity with the nuances of crafting local and international-standard career documents.
- Minimum KCSE mean grade of B+ with at least a B+ in English and Math.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in current job market trends, ATS systems, and KPI metrics.
- Ability to interpret and translate client achievements into quantifiable results.
- Strong graphic design skills are desirable for creating visually compelling documents.
Skills:
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in I.T , familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms, and understanding of graphic design principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time-management, and organizational skills; empathetic client engagement; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and a collaborative team spirit.
