Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information to ensure the best outcomes.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Mpesa using the Buy Goods Option (Till Number: 4268868, Till Name: MY CV CLINIC KE) For clients outside Kenya we accept Paypal, Western Union, Wire Transfer and Mpesa Global
Services will commence upon confirmation of payment.

3. Turnaround Times

First drafts are delivered within 10 business hours, and final documents are delivered within 24 business hours after feedback.

4. Revisions

Feedback must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the first draft. Revisions submitted beyond this timeline may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

OYK is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided by the client.
While we strive to ensure the highest quality, securing employment remains the responsibility of the client.

6. Prohibited Use

Clients may not redistribute, resell, or share our documents or services for commercial purposes.
