Interviewer: “Do you have any questions to ask you?”
If you answer:
“I have no questions”
“What exactly is the job for this position?”
“Can I get a job?”
Your reply will leave a bad impression.
Here are examples of better questions to ask.
Entry-level:
• How long is the probation period for this position?
• After the probation, will there be a salary increase?
• What kind of skills will be assessed in the next assessment?
• Does the company provide training programs?
• What are my main responsibilities in this job?
• Do high performers have a chance of being promoted?
Mid-level:
• What is the structure of career development here?
• How many projects do you usually need to handle?
• Which department will I work with? And how is the cooperation between these departments carried out?
Senior:
• What are the company’s growth plans in 5 years?
• When was the last time an employee was promoted?
• How does this company evaluate my KPIs? And what is the definition of success for an employee?
