1. Administrative Secretary (1 Position)
Job Description:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain a proper filing and record-keeping system.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
