Academics

  1. Associate Professor (Statistics)
    • Responsible for teaching and mentoring students in statistics, conducting research, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Expected to contribute to curriculum development and academic leadership.
  2. Associate Professor (Aquatic and Fishery Science / Blue Economy)
    • Teach and supervise students in aquatic and fishery sciences, conduct research on sustainable practices, and provide academic leadership in the field of the blue economy.
  3. Associate Professor (Accounting/Finance)
    • Deliver lectures and guide research in accounting and finance, contribute to program development, and support departmental growth through leadership and innovation.
  4. Senior Lecturer (Law)
    • Teach core law courses, mentor students, and engage in legal research and publication. Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
  5. Senior Lecturer (Medical Laboratory)
    • Teach medical laboratory science courses, supervise practical sessions, and conduct research in diagnostics and laboratory technology.
  6. Senior Lecturer (Forensic Science)
    • Teach forensic science, supervise student projects, and conduct research in forensic methodologies. Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the program.
  7. Senior Lecturer (Surveying, Mapping, and Geomatics Engineering)
    • Provide instruction in surveying and geomatics engineering, conduct research on innovative mapping technologies, and mentor students.
  8. Senior Lecturer (Land and Estates Management)
    • Teach land and estate management courses, guide research, and provide expertise in property management and real estate development.
  9. Senior Lecturer (Education Foundations/Curriculum)
    • Teach foundational education and curriculum development courses, mentor students, and contribute to educational research.
  10. Lecturer (Actuarial Science)
    • Teach actuarial science courses, mentor students in mathematical modeling and risk assessment, and engage in research.
  11. Lecturer (Project Management)
    • Deliver lectures on project management principles, supervise student projects, and conduct research on best practices in the field.
  12. Lecturer (Biochemistry)
    • Teach biochemistry courses, guide laboratory sessions, and contribute to research in biological and chemical sciences.

Administration

  1. Deputy Registrar (Academics)
    • Oversee academic operations, including course scheduling, examinations, and student records. Ensure compliance with academic policies and support institutional planning.
  2. Senior Accountant
    • Manage financial records, budgets, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide financial advice to management.
  3. Senior Systems Administrator
    • Oversee the institution’s IT infrastructure, manage network security, and ensure smooth functioning of all ICT systems.
  4. Librarian
    • Manage library resources, assist students and staff in research, and maintain an organized system for academic materials.
  5. Assistant Procurement Officer
    • Handle procurement activities, ensure compliance with procurement regulations, and maintain vendor relationships.
  6. Security Officer
    • Manage campus security, oversee the safety of staff and students, and coordinate emergency response protocols.
  7. Secretary
    • Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain records for the department.
  8. Laboratory Technologist (Physics)
    • Set up and maintain physics laboratory equipment, assist in experiments, and ensure safety compliance during practical sessions.
  9. Farm Assistant
    • Support agricultural operations, maintain university farms, and assist in practical agricultural training.
  10. Driver
    • Provide transportation services, maintain vehicles, and ensure timely and safe movement of staff and materials.
  11. Artisan (Plumbing)
    • Install and maintain plumbing systems, repair leaks, and ensure proper water supply across campus facilities.
  12. Artisan (Electrical)
    • Handle electrical installations and repairs, troubleshoot power issues, and ensure safe electrical systems.
  13. Artisan (Carpentry)
    • Perform carpentry work, including furniture repair and building maintenance, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
  14. Artisan (Masonry)
    • Conduct masonry work, including repairs and maintenance of buildings and structures on campus.
