1. Administrative Secretary (1 Post)
Job Description:
The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the organization. Key duties include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining records and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Managing communication within and outside the organization, including handling phone calls and emails.
- Assisting in drafting agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
- Performing other administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

- Preparing and maintaining accurate loan documentation.
- Monitoring loan repayments and ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Generating and analyzing loan performance reports.
- Supporting members with loan-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

3. Loans Recovery Assistant (1 Post)

- Negotiating repayment plans with members to recover outstanding balances.
- Maintaining updated records of loan recovery activities.
- Preparing and presenting recovery reports to management.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and Sacco guidelines during the recovery process.

- Conducting market research to identify member needs and competitive trends.
- Managing the Sacco’s digital and social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with the audience.
- Organizing and participating in member engagement events.
- Assisting in preparing marketing reports and budgets.

5. Customer Care Assistant (1 Post)
Job Description:

- Attending to member inquiries through various communication channels.
- Resolving complaints and escalating unresolved issues to relevant departments.
- Educating members on Sacco products and services.
- Maintaining an updated record of member interactions and feedback.
- Supporting member engagement initiatives.

6. Teller (1 Post)
Job Description:
The Teller will manage member transactions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments from members.
- Verifying and processing transactions in line with Sacco policies.
- Balancing cash and reconciling transaction records at the end of each day.
- Assisting members with account-related inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and Sacco standards.
