Reporting to the Head – Digital Products & Innovation Factory, the Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning, release planning participation, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, sprint retrospectives, and other related agile rhythms. The Scrum Master will also facilitate Product Owners in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog, and identifying and managing dependencies. The role holder will also review reports, analyze data and provides feedback to teams in support of continual improvement efforts and provide status updates to senior management accurately representing the status of the scrums and progress of agile delivery.

He/she will be responsible for quality and test planning while overseeing the preparation activities for quality control and testing within a system or project implementation, this is achieved by development of quality control tasks and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the implementation and testing activities.

Analyze system security needs and assists in developing standards, guidelines and statements of direction for corporate ICT system architectures.
