Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
- A post graduate qualification will be advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile) will be advantageous
Experience:
- 12+ years in IT, with 2+ years in a business-facing IT role
- Experience in IT operations, service management, or project coordination within a complex organizational structure
Key Purpose Statement
The Information Technology Business Partner will be mandated with:
- Establishing and maintaining a productive working relationship with the business function in ensuring that IT services align with and support business objectives.
- Efficiently manage and resolve business function/area IT issues, whilst achieving high user satisfaction, minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to IT governance and security protocols.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the business function/area and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency

- Seamless IT Service Delivery : Efficiently manage and resolve business function/area IT issues, achieve high user satisfaction scores ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Service Quality and User Satisfaction : Maintain high levels of satisfaction among end-users within the business function/area through responsive and efficient IT service delivery
- IT Security and Compliance : Drive and ensure IT governance and security within business function/area to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Enhanced Process Efficiency : Identify opportunities for process improvements within the business function/area and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency
