If you’re the type to be lazy about doing research, you’re done. How can people like you if you don’t even know about them properly? - If I ask you to meet a client, can you?
When you get questions like this, don’t immediately say you can’t. You need to be confident, you know? Saying you’re shy or an introvert won’t cut it. HR won’t want someone like you! - Do you know the objectives of this company?
If you say you don’t know or give the wrong answer to this, well, good luck… - Can you work on weekends? Can you do overtime?
This one is a bit tricky. They’re not asking you to do overtime every day. They want to see if you’re willing to sacrifice for the company! - If you work here, what will you achieve in the next 5 years?
If you can answer this correctly, stating your plans and how you want to contribute to the company’s growth, that’s good. Don’t just say you want to be the boss. Say you want to gain experience here. Otherwise, they won’t want you!
