The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) is a statutory body established by the Standards Act, Cap 496 of the Laws of Kenya, in July 1974. KEBS’ mandate is to provide standardization, metrology, and conformity assessment services. This includes promoting standardization in commerce and industry, offering testing and calibration facilities, controlling the use of standardization marks, conducting educational work in standardization, facilitating the implementation and practical application of standards, and maintaining and disseminating the International System of Units (SI) for measurements.

Applications must be submitted online through the KEBS portal and should be received by 13th January 2025. All testimonials MUST be saved starting with the applicant’s National Identification Number and submitted with the application.
