We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. Senior Tax Advisors
Deadline: 20 December 2024
As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to clients and ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting tax reviews and offering insights to improve tax compliance.
- Advising clients on tax planning and optimization strategies.
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to provide up-to-date guidance.
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns and related documentation.
- Supporting clients during tax audits and resolving tax disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
2. Fraud Risk Management (FRM) Lead
Deadline: 24 December 2024
As the FRM Lead, you will drive KPMG’s initiatives in fraud prevention, detection, and response. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing fraud risk management frameworks for clients.
- Conducting fraud risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Leading fraud investigations and providing expert advice on resolution.
- Developing fraud awareness programs and training for clients.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance anti-fraud measures.
- Producing detailed reports and presenting findings to clients and senior leadership.
3. IDAS Africa – Associate Director (FCDO Business Development EA)
Application: Rolling Basis
In this role, you will lead business development initiatives for the International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) team with a focus on the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to expand KPMG’s footprint in the FCDO sector.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Preparing high-quality proposals and bids for projects funded by FCDO.
- Overseeing the implementation of business development plans and targets.
- Building strong relationships with donors, partners, and clients.
- Providing technical expertise on FCDO-funded projects as required.
4. Climate Adaptation & Resilience – Senior Manager (IDAS)

As a Senior Manager in Climate Adaptation & Resilience, you will lead the delivery of climate-related advisory services. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing projects focused on climate adaptation and resilience.
- Providing technical expertise on climate risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with clients to develop climate resilience frameworks and action plans.
- Preparing high-quality reports and proposals for climate-related projects.
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including governments, donors, and private sector partners.
- Staying updated on global trends and developments in climate adaptation and resilience.
5. KPMG Africa Roles: User Experience Lead, Data & Analytics Lead, and Cybersecurity Lead

User Experience Lead:
- Designing and optimizing user-centered solutions for clients across Africa.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform product development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional digital experiences.
- Developing design strategies and guidelines for various projects.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Data & Analytics Lead:
- Leading the design and implementation of data-driven solutions for clients.
- Analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Developing predictive models and advanced analytics frameworks.
- Supporting clients in leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Building and managing a team of data professionals across the region.
Cybersecurity Lead:
- Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies for clients.
- Conducting risk assessments and recommending security measures.
- Leading incident response and recovery efforts.
- Providing guidance on compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Building cybersecurity awareness and training programs for clients.
6. Associate Director – USAID/US Government Account (KPMG Africa)

In this leadership role, you will oversee KPMG’s engagements with USAID and other US Government agencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Leading proposal development and contract negotiations for USAID-funded projects.
- Ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and reporting requirements.
- Providing strategic direction and technical expertise on US Government accounts.
- Identifying new opportunities and expanding KPMG’s portfolio of USAID projects.
- Mentoring and developing team members to build internal capacity.
