Here are my top three interview tips for candidates going through a recruitment process:
- Arrive 5/10 minutes early. Whether it is in person or over a Team’s call. First impressions count, so don’t be late! ⌚️
- Ask questions. Demonstrate your interest in the company by asking about their projects, team structure, and long-term growth plans 💬
- Avoid discussing salary. Especially in a first stage interview. It gives the impression that money is the only thing you care about (even if it is), save this conversation for later on in the process and focus on the company and overall opportunity itself 💰
